• ISO 9001:2015 certified & BARC licensed nanofiltration TFC dry Membrane Element (NF Membrane) 100 gpd, retains minerals in water around 20% naturally, reduces TDS between (75-85)% in few cases may go up to 88%, service life around 15,000 ltrs, flux rate approx. 23 ltrs per/hr. The membrane eliminates all water born virus, bacteria, germs, herbicides, toxicity, pesticides, VOC, arsenic, bromide, fluoride, cyanide, lead etc. from water and flushes the impurities through rejected water
• KNL Sediment candle (Pore size 5 micron absolute): captures clay, silt, sand, loose scale and other impurities. The filter made from polypropylene and fine sediment cloths, first layer polypropylene (polypropylene is resistant to bacteria) & upper layer fine sediment cloths. The filter properly sealed inside in manner so that the water bound to pass only after proper filtration and then goes to the remaining filters
• KNL Activated carbon block filter 1000 IV, having high absorption rate of herbicides, toxicity, pesticides, chlorine and other impurities. Activated carbon is made on high temperature by passing esteem & then converted to block filter. The cartridge will not release black water initially like other normal filter. The filters absorbs chlorine & supplies chlorine free water to membrane and thus the membrane service life increases
• Specifications of sediment & carbon: Service life 10,000 ltrs, Maximum Flow rate 1 GPM, operative temperature under 100° F, built in ABS / Food grade plastic and both end properly rubber sealed air tight pack that keeps the cartridges safe from moisture/damages. The packet includes NF80 Membrane, sediment, pre carbon, PP Spun branded 10” filter, FR 450 mlm, 10 nos. antiscalant balls & 4 pcs pushfit elbows with lock ring.
• Antiscalants balls shall be filled in the hole of PP Spun filter. The balls prevent from scalaing & fouling inside the candles/cartridges/filters and Membrane and enhances the performance of these candles including membrane. The water taste varies with minerals contents and therefore user may experience heaviness while drinking with more TDS water.
• The KNL-NF80 membrane need to flush for 30 minutes initially along with inline filters after using FR 450 and then check the result. The membrane reduces TDS gradually would reduce and after 30-40 minutes will be stable.
• Service life is around 15000 ltrs or 18 months whichever is earlier (subject to use with good quality sediment & activated carbon block carbon), retains minerals in drinking water naturally up to 25%, flux rate around 20 ltrs/hr to 23 ltrs/hr, water wastage is less compare to RO membrane. Compatible with 100 GPD pump, working pressure 80 PSI & FR 450 CC. Pump pressure and inline filters health should be in order else the result may not satisfactory.
